Poly Alumonium Chloride

CHEMICAL FORMULA:
(Aln (OH)mCl3n-m)

  • Longer chain of molecules, higher weight and a large number of Ionic charges a more effective Coagulating and flocculating agent as compared to traditional Aluminium Sulphate(i.e. Alum).
  • We are an ISI CERTIFIED products and hence our PAC gives consistent results and effective solutions.

Packaging/Transportation

  • Powder (PAC30) : 25/50 kg PP woven bags with two inner LDPE liners.
  • Liquid (PAC10, PAC14 & PAC18) : 50kg HM-HDPE Carboys / 265 kg. HM-HDPE Barrels / Acid resistant rubber lined tankers.
  • We are moderately acidic and is to be stored in PP, FRP, HDPE or acid proof lined storage when taken in tanker loads.

  • Contributes less acidity to the mill water because it has been pre-hydrolyzed.
  • Can be used with calcium carbonate fillers and neutral size additives because of the higher pH conditions in which it functions.
  • A more rapid formation of the alumina species than alum is achieved - important in high speed operations.
  • Does not contain sulphate ion and consequently eliminates a potential discharge problem from this source.
  • Reduces the discharged load to the wastewater treatment plant.
